Everyone seesexactly whatthey should.
core3 brings projects, attendance, HR, finance and CRM together. Access rights live in its core, so screens, reports, automations and the AI assistant all play by the same rules.

An AI assistant that asks before it writes
- Answers from your data and shows the source for documents.
- Sees only what the person asking is allowed to see.
- Shows a CRM meeting or a bulk change first and saves it only after you confirm.
- Set a monthly budget for the company, a role or a single person.
An administrator switches AI on, picks the provider and sets the budget.

Your own fields, no code
Every company tracks something extra. An admin adds a new field to the customer, such as an ISO certificate number, and it shows up at once in the form, exports, reports and automations.
- NameText
- Company IDText
- OwnerLink to an employee
- ISO 9001 certificate number
- Certificate valid until
19 field types: text, number, date, choice, e‑mail, phone, image, a link to another record and more. Plus required fields, ranges and unique values.
- The customer form in CRMfilled in with the rest of the details
- Customer exporta new column in the CSV
- Reportsthe record type is a source for a new report
- Automationsa step can find, create and update the record
- Field rulesyou decide who sees the field and for whom it is masked
- AI assistantif it is switched on, it knows the new field
To track something entirely new, such as vehicles or certificates, you create your own record type. It is managed in settings with a list, search and your own columns, not as a separate module in the menu.
What people ask before a demo
Is AI on from day one?
No. An administrator picks an AI provider and sets a monthly budget. Advanced features, such as the assistant's memory, are switched on separately.
Who decides who sees what?
Your company's administrator. They assign roles and grants and set policies and field rules. These then apply everywhere, including reports, automations and AI.
Can we start with just some modules?
Yes. Modules are licensed separately and you switch on only the ones you need.
Can we sign in with a Microsoft or Google work account?
Yes. Everyone signs in with a Microsoft or Google work account and turns on two-factor authentication in their profile. Mail for the helpdesk and notifications comes from your company mailbox in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and with Microsoft 365, CRM meetings also land in Outlook.
Can we bring our data over from Excel?
Yes. Bring data in from Excel, CSV or a database with the migration tool, and download reports to Excel or PDF.
Do you have a public API?
Not yet. For now, data moves through the migration tool and exports to Excel and PDF.
