What people ask about AI
Does AI switch on by itself?
No. An admin picks the provider and model, or enters your own key, and sets the budget. Memory, the assistant window, attachments and bulk changes are switched on separately.
Will AI see salaries?
Only if the person asking may see them. A field rule can hide a salary or IBAN from AI only, even when the person sees it on screen.
What happens when the budget runs out?
The AI says which limit ran out and when it resets. You can buy more credit or switch on pay-as-you-go.
Which language does the AI answer in?
In the language set in the person's profile: Slovak, English or Russian.
Can AI be used outside the chat?
Yes. Field text, CRM analysis, an automation step and documents from PDF work right in the screens.
